A lease is required, unless noted otherwise. All properties require a refundable security deposit equal to one months rent, excluding tax. There is a $250.00 per pet deposit for all approved pets.

A property may be held with a security deposit accompanied by an application and application fee.

Applicants must have at least one-year of good rental history (excluding family members).

Applicant monthly income must be equal or greater than three times the rent amount. Roommates must qualify individually.
